THE SIZE YOU ORDERED, PLEASE DON'T PANIC. IN MOST CASES THESE ARE 'HIGH CYCLE' SPRINGS WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO LAST UP TO THREE TIMES LONGER THAN STANDARD SPRINGS. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. 800-997-7606

Call us for an RMA number to include with your return.
Step #2
We will provide you with the proper shipping address to return springs to via UPS or FedEx.
(Shipper will be responsible for all return shipping fees).

Once your package is returned safely to us, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

FOLLOW THE STEPS ABOVE. IF YOU REFUSE THE SHIPMENT, OR ALLOW UPS OR FEDEX TO RETURN PACKAGE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AT ALL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE

cancel or modify an order after it has been entered. Standard stock items may be
returned by contacting DIY Garage Repair and obtaining a RMA number.
Returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original
invoice and be accompanied by an RMA Number. Made to order and
special order products are nonreturnable.
