Returns on residential garage door springs are accepted for exchange or refund within 90 days unless it is a special order or custom size. Special orders include, but are not limited to, commercial and industrial springs with Inside Diameters 2-5/8 or larger, used springs, and springs with less than 10,000 cycles. Extension springs or Holmes springs for 7' and 8' tall doors are accepted for exchange or refund within 90 days. All other garage door springs are considered custom and non-returnable. Garage Door Parts, as for stamped steel pieces are returnable within 90 days. All returnable merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover labor and packaging materials.
No Returns accepted on garage door openers, remotes or other electronic items. Customer is responsible for all shipping and customs charges.
