DIY Garage Repair ships
to all 50 states and to most parts of the globe where normal distribution
systems can deliver our products. For information about shipping outside the
US, see our International Customers .
We do not ship complete
doors.
These are available only
for local customers. In addition, the only openers available for shipping are
the Chamberlain LiftMaster 3800 Jackshaft, and the Chamberlain Tube Rail
Chain-Drive.

are priced for national distribution and are, thus, lower than we normally
charge in our service work.
Service hours
Service hours for parts
orders are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday. We also
randomly check and reply to e-mails during off hours.
Warranty
Warranty includes 1 year
for garage door parts and 90 days for electrical components. Warranty coverage
is based on normal use and does not cover abuse or acts of God.
Returns
Returns on all products
are accepted unless it is a special order. Special orders include, but are not
limited to, commercial and industrial springs, obsolete torsion springs and
over-stressed springs. These include, but are not limited to, all springs rated
at fewer than 10,000 cycles on seven foot high doors with 15" radius
tracks. The only extension springs that are returnable are the 25" springs
for double-looped and clipped springs for seven foot high doors and 27"
springs for eight foot high doors. Parts can be returned for up to 90 days if
the item is in its original condition. The customer pays for the original
shipping as well as for shipping to return the product. In order to receive
