Garage Door Spring broke EARLY Saturday morning (woke everybody up)! With a very busy week ahead, there was NO time to afford to scheduling and waiting on a repair man. Using your web site and a phone call, the correct spring was identified and ordered that same Saturday. It arrived at my doorstep within three business days...and I installed it myself after returning from a trip the following weekend. It took me about 10min. of "careful" work (and total of 2 hours start/finish -inclusive of a hardware store run for $9 of bar stock). I have no idea how much money I saved. The value in this task being completed on my schedule? PRICELESS!! Thanks again for great product and service!

                                                                John in Destin, Fl.

Received Springs yesterday. Put them on today(by myself). All I have to do now is put the cables on and set the springs. I have to go get the tool to set the  springs.
I have never done this before. I am so grateful to you guys. I am so happy I found you. I know my friends will not believe that I got my garage door fixed for only $79.90! One bid I got was $500. and the other was $400. The springs alone was $250. I will keep your e-mail address and tell all what a good company you are. Regards, Lewis Simpson

I ordered a pair of replacement double door springs on a Monday received them on Thursday installed them on Friday.  They were exactly what I ordered and a great price.
Thanks Guys

Mike

This email is for Mike Foster,

Thank you Mike for answering my question about how much the repair work should cost on the garage door at my parents home (spring replacement). You were very helpful and nice. I appreciate it.

I would like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with your company. The quality of the product exceeded by expectations. The shipment was in a quick and timely fashion and your web site was exceptional with information on hold to perform the job. I am pretty handy and with your instructions I had no problem what so ever. This was the first time I did this job and would not hesitate to do it again.

Thank You so Much.

Dan

Mike ,

I received the replacement torsion spring, fitted it and now all works like a dream. Thanks for being prompt in correcting the situation.

regards,

Simon Thwaite.

Shanda,

First, in response to George about his experience with Garage Door

Parts LLC, I too ended up on their site first. I was all set to order

and went to the checkout. At this point the only payment option was by

using an electronic check. This required me to enter a check number,

routing number and account number. This is something no one should do

on a web site they have never done business with before. You might

want to pass that security tidbit along to your customers. This was

the point at which I bailed out of the order process. Further

searching led me to your site which is where I ordered rollers from.

Second, your web site has a problem. It appears to be designed with

only Windows and Internet Explorer in mind. It does not display

properly in either Safari or Firefox when using a Mac and OS X. The

page is too wide for the browser window and there are no scroll bars

at the bottom to scroll the screen to the right. Fortunately the only

part of the screen that extends to far to the right is the

banner, header at the top. I know this is minor, but it does reflect a

bit negatively on an otherwise very positive experience.

Anyway, next summer I plan on replacing my garage door and will be

doing the cables, tracks and pulleys at the same time. I just had the

springs done last month so they are good. I will be looking at your

video with an eye towards adjusting the springs myself this time.

That was a piece of cake. The most over hyped dangerous job I have come across.
thanks Jim

I usually don't email a company after using the product or service they sell, but I felt compelled to in this case.
Most of us average Joe's have absolutely no clue about replacing a garage door spring. Left to ourselves, it would be a tedious process finding the correct replacement spring out of the dozens of possibilities, and several of us would be left with a few less eyes or fingers after a less than perfect install job.

However, you guys made this a breeze. The instruction regarding spring selection was, with a bit of careful thinking, cut and dried, and if one follows the install video step by step, it's a walk in the park.

Thanks for making this as easy as anything like this could've been.

I am a satisfied customer and wanted to tell you that your step by step instructional video very helpful and actually make me look like a pro instead of the newby that I am.

Good luck and success on your recent growth in business!
